What’s the difference between Marine Naked Collagen, Naked Collagen, and Naked Collagen Creamers?

What’s Collagen Type 1 and Type 2? Which should I use?

Marine Naked Collagen naturally contains more Collagen Type 1, which is the best type of collagen for improving skin health, elasticity, hydration, and wrinkle reduction. Opt for Collagen Type 1 if you want a supplement that focuses more on nourishing your skin so you can look your best.

Naked Collagen (and Naked Collagen Creamers) naturally contains more Collagen Type 2, which also nourishes healthy skin, hair, and nails, but also provides more support for joints and muscle repair. Opt for Collagen Type 2 if you’re looking for more overall, general health support (including hair, skin, joints, muscles, gut health).

Why is collagen important?

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body which is found in bones, muscles, skin, and tendons. Our bodies naturally produce collagen by breaking down dietary protein, but this production decreases with age, which can lead to collagen deficiency. This type of deficiency can lead to skin wrinkles, stiff joints, and aching muscles. By taking a collagen supplement, you can make sure that your body is maintaining healthy levels of collagen to support your overall health.

Is collagen powder better than collagen capsules?
